Team Statement
Dynamic Density chose the 700 Block because of their shared interest in restricted urban sites that are both physically and contextually confined. Their experience in urban planning and design, urban hydrology, landscape design and economic assessment will be brought to bear to express a new vision for this key center city parcel.
