This site has strategic importance as one the gateways into downtown.
This site focuses on 4th street from the US-27 ramp to the intersection with Market Street. The parcel to west of the Creative Discovery Museum and the Majestic Theatre parking lot are included for consideration as well.

Team Statement
Elemi welcomes the opportunity to explore architecture of "broad brush" strokes at this urban gateway site. They value the kinetic energy of the site that seems to suggest building with movement inherent in its expression.
